1. Using Parview

You may use Parview for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the Service — for example, by interfering with its operation, scraping course or rating data, reverse-engineering the app except where the law allows, or using it to break the law.

2. Distances and course information

GPS distances, course maps, and course details are estimates based on device GPS and third-party map data, including OpenStreetMap contributors. They can be inaccurate. Use your own judgment on the course, follow the rules and policies of the course you're playing, and check whether distance-measuring devices are permitted in any competition you enter. Stay aware of your surroundings — don't use Parview while driving a car or golf cart.

3. Community guidelines for ratings and reviews

Parview lets golfers rate and review courses. Anything you post must be honest and about your own golf experience. Do not post content that:

• is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or discriminatory;
• contains personal information about others, such as names, phone numbers, or addresses of course staff or other players;
• is spam, advertising, or a fake review (including reviews of a course you own, work for, or compete with);
• infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. We filter submissions for objectionable language before they appear, and you can report any review or block any reviewer from within the app. We review reports, remove content that breaks these guidelines, and may block anyone who posts it from contributing to Parview. You can also report content by emailing support@teextee.com.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give TeeXTee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it within the Service and in promoting Parview. You can delete your content at any time.

4. Our content

The Parview app, name, logo, and design belong to TeeXTee LLC. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License.

5. Purchases

If Parview offers paid features or subscriptions, they are sold through Apple's App Store. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms; you can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that course information and distances will be accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeeXTee LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury or loss arising from your reliance on distances or course information. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for Parview in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

8. Ending use

You can stop using Parview at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll update the effective date above, and for significant changes we'll give notice in the app. Continuing to use Parview after an update means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
