Parview Support

Make sure Location Services is on for Parview with Precise Location enabled: Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Parview. GPS is most accurate outdoors with a clear view of the sky; it can take a few seconds to settle after you arrive on the course.

Automatic hole switching uses your location. Check that location access is on, then walk toward the next tee — you can always change holes manually in the app.

Course maps come from OpenStreetMap data. Email us the course name and city and we'll look into it.

Tap the "…" menu on any review and choose Report or Block. You can also email us with the course and review details.

You can delete any of your ratings from within the app. To delete all data we hold, email support@teextee.com with the subject "Delete my data" and your Parview ID from the app's settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Purchases are handled by Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
