Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This policy covers the Parview mobile app and the website at teextee.com (together, the "Service"), operated by TeeXTee LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("TeeXTee," "we," "us"). If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at support@teextee.com.
2. What data we collect, how, and why
We collect only what Parview needs to work. Here is everything, and what each item is used for:

We do not collect your name, contact list, photos, health data, payment card details, or advertising identifier. We do not build profiles about you, and we do not try to identify you from de-identified or aggregated data.
3. Your consent and how to withdraw it
Parview asks for your permission through the standard iOS prompts before it accesses location or motion data, and before you post a rating. You can withdraw consent at any time:
- Location: iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Parview. You can still browse courses by searching for a city or course name.
- Motion: turn off swing detection in Parview's settings, or iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness.
- Ratings: delete any rating you posted from within the app, or email us and we will remove it.
- Diagnostics: iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
No paid feature of Parview requires you to share data that isn't needed for that feature.
4. Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal data, share it for advertising, or use it to track you across other companies' apps and websites. We share data only with:
- Service providers that host and operate Parview's servers on our behalf (for example, storing public course ratings). They may use the data only to provide that service to us.
- Map data providers, such as OpenStreetMap-based map services, which receive the standard technical information (like IP address) needed to deliver map tiles to your device.
- Apple, which provides the App Store and the opt-in diagnostics described above, under Apple's own privacy policy.
- Legal authorities, only when required by law or to protect the safety of our users or others.
Any third party that receives user data from us is required to provide the same or equal protection of that data as described in this policy and as required by Apple's App Store Review Guidelines.
Parview does not send your data to third-party artificial intelligence services. Swing detection runs on your device.
5. Data retention and deletion
- On your device: rounds, settings, and swing data stay on your iPhone until you delete them in the app or delete the app.
- Location: we do not keep a history of your location on our servers.
- Course ratings: kept for as long as they are published. When you delete a rating in the app, it is removed from public view right away. If you ask us by email, we'll remove it as soon as we can. Either way, it is deleted from our systems and backups within 30 days.
- Support emails: kept for up to 2 years so we can follow up on issues, then deleted.
How to request deletion
Email support@teextee.com with the subject "Delete my data." If you'd like us to remove ratings you posted, include the Parview ID shown in the app's settings so we can find them. We will confirm deletion within 30 days. You can also request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, the same way.
6. Children
Parview is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
Data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. We limit access to the small number of people who need it to run the Service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, other U.S. states, or the European Economic Area and the UK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We honor these requests for all users, wherever they live. Contact us at support@teextee.com; we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use data — for example, if we add user accounts — we will update this page and the effective date above before the change takes effect, and ask for your permission in the app where required. We will not use data collected for one purpose for a new purpose without your consent.
